EFL US Inc. partners with horses offering an opportunity to add an element of fun, exhilaration, and adventure to an experiential learning program. EFL US Inc. games and unmounted activities with horses change both awareness and behavior by presenting learning opportunities that challenge participants' assumptions and usual patterns of thought and behavior. Horses are looking for things in their environment that are incongruent. This makes horses perfect partners for giving us feedback about our congruency. Horses also give us feedback on our body language, communication and energy.

While EFL US Inc. games and activities address issues such as communication, decision making, creativity, problem solving, and goal setting, they are particularly relevant for building trust, mutual understanding, and appreciation of individual differences that are critical for successful teamwork.

Team members interact in a safe environment of practice and rehearsal where errors and opportunities for playful learning create trust and interaction between and among members.
