EFL US Inc. games and unmounted activities with horses change both awareness and behavior by presenting learning opportunities that challenge participants' assumptions and usual patterns of thought and behavior. Horses are looking for things in their environment that are incongruent. This makes horses perfect partners for giving us feedback about our congruency. Horses also give us feedback on our body language, communication and energy.
